I hope well.
As for me, I'm doing alright.
I'm counting down the days until I am done with high school.
And the days until I move into Penn State.
I'm pretty much sick of high school.
I've come to realize that high school, in a bundle, was a waste of time.
I wasted a lot of time on people who didn't matter.
I still am, I guess.
Because the people I'm friends with aren't really people I'm going to keep in touch with after high school.
Meh.
I think I'm going to be taking a few lessons away from high school, though:
Situations change, people change, and it's just something you have to deal with. Change is inevitable.
You fall in love, you fall out of love.
You can't force the world to bend at your will.
Sometimes, you can only forgive.
People will hurt you and you will hurt others. Some will forgive you and others won't.
People will walk into your life, and those same people can walk right back out of it.
You're only as happy, carefree, outgoing, shy, sad, depressed, excited, ignorant, etc. as you let yourself be.
You really do learn something new every day.
You're probably going to miss people that you don't want to miss... and they probably miss you too.
Love is all around you. You just have to let it in.
